Sherman, TX - Pedestrian Fatally Hit by Truck on US-75

Sherman, TX (July 7, 2023) - On Thursday, June 30, a pedestrian was killed after being hit by a truck in the Sherman area. 

The deadly accident was reported on US-75, late that night. A 28-year-old pedestrian was hit while walking along the highway. They were reportedly struck by a truck. The injured party suffered fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead at the scene. 

No additional information has been provided at this time. 

Local authorities are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
