Local reports indicated that an 18-wheeler overturned at the intersection of N. Desert Boulevard and Transmountain Drive late that evening. Emergency responders and fire crews were sent to the scene.
Local reports indicated that six people involved were hurt in the accident. Five people were hospitalized, and one of these victims sustained serious injuries. One of the injured parties refused transportation to the hospital.
