“Santa” Saves Man From Burning Vehicle after Dallas Car Accident

In one Dallas suburb, Santa does a lot more than make lists and deliver presents. After a traffic accident in Coppell, Texas, Santa Claus himself was credited with helping the injury victims and even directing traffic – all during a present run for needy families.
According to national news sources, 52-year-old Brad Luddeke was driving in the Dallas area town dressed in a Santa outfit because he had just delivered a carload of toys donated by his manufacturing firm. When a car accident took place within site, he jumped into action, forgetting that he was dressed as Saint Nick.
He helped both car accident victims out of the vehicles – and pulled the first man away from his burning car after he returned to collect Christmas gifts inside. Moments later, the vehicle exploded. As if that wasn’t enough assistance, Santa stuck around to direct traffic around the Coppell crash until emergency responders arrived to take over.
Although Brad says that anyone would have done the same as he did – in Santa persona or not – his friends and family are not surprised that Brad was sidetracked from a charitable act by another charitable act. That’s just the way he is, they said.
Not all accident victims get a visit from Santa after a wreck. If you need a helping hand in the wake of a Dallas car accident and injury, the Dallas car wreck lawyers at Rasansky Law Office can help you with your legal needs. Give us a call today to schedule a free, private appointment.
