San Antonio, TX – Dominique Orta Killed in Crash on Prue Rd

San Antonio, TX (November 17, 2020) – A vehicle collision reported on Sunday morning claimed the life of one teen in the San Antonio area. At around 1 a.m., on November 15, the San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on Prue Road.

Reports show that a Dodge Challenger and a Ford Mustang were both traveling west in the 7900 block of Prue Road when they collided. The impact of the crash sent the Mustang into a telephone pole on the side of the road. The Mustang then rolled over, ejecting a rear-seat passenger. The victim was then pinned under the vehicle and had to be extricated by firefighters.

The ejected woman, who was identified as 18-year-old Dominique Orta, and three others were rushed to Brooke Army Medical Center for treatment. Authorities confirmed that Orta succumbed to her injuries.

At this time, investigations surrounding the crash are underway.
