According to reports, at around 3:45 a.m., a white pickup truck in a semi-truck collided on the southbound side of US Highway 75. The incident caused delays in the area near US Highway 380.
The Texas Department of Public Safety was dispatched to the scene and immediately secured the road.
Firefighters assisted in the removal of the pickup truck, which was trapped under the rear of the semi-trailer.
At least one person suffered injuries due to the accident and had to be transported to a local hospital.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is actively investigating to determine what caused this accident to occur.
