Lewisville, TX – Accident on I-35 E Leaves One Seriously Injured

Lewisville, TX (February 20, 2020) – A major motor vehicle accident on Tuesday resulted in injuries.

At around 6 p.m., on February 18, authorities were called to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on Interstate 35 East. Reports indicate that a male pedestrian was located on the side of the roadway with serious injuries. The male victim was struck by a motor vehicle in the southbound lane and incurred extensive life-threatening injuries.

Two vehicles were stopped at the scene as a third driver pulled up and began to render aid. At this time, it is unclear as to whether either of the first two vehicles were involved.

The victim was loaded into an ambulance and rushed to an area hospital for treatment.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
