Harris County, TX – Two Victims Killed in Old Humble Rd Crash

Harris County, TX (February 15, 2020) - At around 5:30 a.m., on February 14, authorities were called to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident in the 15400 block of Old Humble Road. Reports indicate that a cement mixing truck was attempting to make a U-turn onto Old Humble Road when the drum spilled out onto the roadway.

The truck losing its load caused another vehicle to lose control and crash head-on into a southbound vehicle.

Both drivers were killed instantly in the collision.

Authorities later identified the victims as 19-year-old Selvin Maldonado Palacios and 50-year-old LaTonya Earl.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
