El Paso, TX – Accident on TX-375 Loop Results in Fatal Injuries

El Paso, TX (February 18, 2020) – A devastating pedestrian accident on Sunday left one person seriously injured.

At around 2:50 a.m., on February 16, the El Paso Police Department was called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Texas Loop 375. Reports indicate that a male victim was involved in a minor collision with a traffic control device. As a result, he exited his vehicle and begin walking down the right side of the road.

While walking, he was struck by a 2001 Honda Accord.

The victim suffered fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.

Police have identified the victim as 35-year-old Benjamin Hardin.

At this time, police are investigating.
