Bus Bound for Oklahoma Casino Overturns in a Mass Casualty Incident

A charter bus headed for Choctaw Casino has overturned on State Highway 161 near Beltline Road. According to current reports, two people have been killed and as many as 40 people have been injured or trapped in what officials are calling a “mass casualty incident.”
WFAA reports the bus was owned by the Cardinal Coach Line and was carrying mostly elderly people to the Oklahoma casino.
Emergency crews are on the bus accident scene, including firefighters, EMT’s, police and the Dallas County medical examiner. Parkland has reportedly been put on code yellow as the casualties come in.
