Following the death of her mother while in the care of a nursing home facility, our client hired Jeff Rasansky to pursue a wrongful death claim.

It was discovered that the woman’s death was caused by complications related to a severe infection that she contracted at the nursing home. The nurses’ failure to treat and control the infection (and related pain) led to immeasurable suffering and, ultimately, her death.
