Wolfforth, TX (August 11, 2023) - One person was seriously hurt following a two-vehicle collision in the Wolfforth area on Monday afternoon, August 7.
The accident was reported on US-82 near County Road 7300 at around 1:20 p.m. A pickup truck was reportedly traveling on the county road when it collided with an 18-wheeler. The truck driver was transported to University Medical Center for treatment.
The area was temporarily closed while emergency responders were present. Tow trucks were dispatched to clear the debris and reopen the roadway. At this time, no further information on the accident has been provided.
Local law enforcement officials are conducting an investigation into the cause of the accident. As the investigation continues, more details will be released.
