Cathy Guignet was traveling down Highway 71 North in October 2010 when she suddenly saw an obstacle in her path: a jackknifed tractor-trailer spanning both lanes. She couldn’t stop her own truck in time – she slammed into the big rig and suffered serious, permanent injuries.
