McKinney, TX – Truck Crash with Injuries Reported on US-75 near US-380

McKinney, TX (February 3, 2023) – A truck accident reported in McKinney on Friday morning left at least one person injured. On February 3, the Texas Department of Public Safety was requested to provide assistance at the site of a two-vehicle collision that took place on US Highway 75.

According to reports, at around 3:45 a.m., a white pickup truck in a semi-truck collided on the southbound side of US Highway 75. The incident caused delays in the area near US Highway 380.

The Texas Department of Public Safety was dispatched to the scene and immediately secured the road.

Firefighters assisted in the removal of the pickup truck, which was trapped under the rear of the semi-trailer.

At least one person suffered injuries due to the accident and had to be transported to a local hospital.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is actively investigating to determine what caused this accident to occur.
