Marlin, TX (August 24, 2023) - There were confirmed injuries after the driver of a semi-truck crashed into a residence in Marlin on Tuesday, August 22.
The crash took place on Highway 7 early that morning at around 2:30 a.m. It was reported that the driver of the truck veered onto the road and collided with the exterior of the home. The vehicle broke through the walls and came to a rest inside the structure.
The 18-wheeler and the house were significantly damaged in the impact. One person was transported to a local hospital for treatment of sustained injuries.
