Houston, TX - One Killed, Another Hurt in Truck Accident on Lake Houston Pkwy

Houston, TX (October 6, 2023) - One person was killed and another was injured after a crash involving an 18-wheeler in the Houston area on Wednesday, October 4. 

The deadly accident occurred at the intersection of N. Lake Houston Parkway and Sam Houston Parkway N. at around 4:50 p.m. A sedan and a semi-truck reportedly collided at the scene. The southbound feeder on the highway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. 

One person involved in the accident was killed and another was injured. No additional information on the deadly accident has been provided at this time. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the fatal crash is in progress, and more information will be provided as it continues.
