Fort Worth, TX - Four Die, Two Injured in Pileup Crash at I-35 & Berry St

Fort Worth, TX (September 14, 2023) - A multi-vehicle collision involving 18-wheelers left four people dead and two others hurt in Fort Worth on Monday night, September 11. 

The deadly accident was reported on Interstate 35 near Berry Street late that evening at around 9 p.m. It was initially reported that two vehicles were involved in a collision on the highway, and both vehicles were pulled over onto the shoulder. A truck then pulled over to assist at the scene, and that is when all three vehicles were hit by two oncoming semi-trucks. 

A 31-year-old woman and a 25-year-old Oklahoma man were killed in the accident. A 21-year-old woman was transported to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead, and her 23-year-old passenger was killed at the scene of the accident. 

Two other people involved in the crash suffered critical injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment. At this time, no additional information on the accident has been provided. 

The identities of the involved parties have been withheld. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly accident is in the hands of local authorities, and more information will be provided as it continues.
