One of the drivers was later identified as Nancy Dominguez. The involved parties were treated at the scene by attending medical personnel, and Dominguez was later transferred to Medical City McKinney by ambulance for the treatment of critical injuries. Despite life-saving measures, the victim later succumbed to her injuries. It is unknown if anyone else involved in the crash was injured at this time. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials, and more updates will be provided as it continues.
