One of the drivers was later identified as Nancy Dominguez. The involved parties were treated at the scene by attending medical personnel, and Dominguez was later transferred to Medical City McKinney by ambulance for the treatment of critical injuries. Despite life-saving measures, the victim later succumbed to her injuries. It is unknown if anyone else involved in the crash was injured at this time. Lucas, TX (April 22, 2024) – An off-duty officer with the Princeton Police Department was killed after a two-vehicle collision in the Lucas area on Saturday, April 20. The deadly accident was reported at the intersection of Lucas Road and Lakeview Drive at around 5:20 p.m. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties.
