Sour Lake, TX – Man Killed in Two-Car Accident on TX-105

Sour Lake, TX (August 8, 2020) – On August 7, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on Texas State Highway 105.

Reports provided by the police show that a man was driving down the eastbound side on Texas State Highway 105 just after noon when his vehicle collided head-on with a second vehicle. The man sustained fatal injuries and was killed instantly in the crash. The female driver inside the second vehicle was seriously injured in the collision and rushed to a local hospital for treatment. The three juvenile passengers inside the vehicle were uninjured. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
