San Antonio, TX – Truck Crash on Applewhite Rd Claims Man’s Life

San Antonio, TX (August 20, 2020) – On August 18, the San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Applewhite Road.

Reports provided by local news sources show that a man was driving in the 13000 block of Applewhite Road, just past Walsh Road, when his vehicle was involved in a collision with an 18-wheeler. The crash resulted in severe damages to the man’s vehicle. Medical personnel located the critically injured man at the site of the crash. The victim was rendered aid at the scene and rushed to a local hospital for treatment. Authorities confirmed that the man succumbed to his injuries after arriving. No other person involved in this accident was injured. At this time, the accident remains under investigation with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
