Nacogdoches, TX – Accident on South St Injures Four

Nacogdoches, TX (June 23, 2020) – On June 21, authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in Nacogdoches.

Reports show that just after 9:20 p.m., 39-year-old Marcelo Beltran Silva was driving through the 2900 block of South Street in a 2009 Ford F-150, while impaired, when his vehicle crashed into the rear-end of a 1997 Toyota Rav4. The impact of the collision caused the Toyota to roll over.

A man, woman, and two children in the Toyota, ages 10 and 3, were all injured in the accident. All four victims were transported from the scene of the collision to local hospitals for treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
