Itasca, TX – One Person Killed in 18-Wheeler Accident on I-35W

Itasca, TX (July 26, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Thursday claimed one victim’s life in Hill County. On July 23, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 35 East.

Reports provided by authorities show that a semi-truck and a second vehicle collided on Interstate 35 East near the area of Farm to Market Road 934. The driver of the second vehicle, who was identified as a 52-year-old male, sustained fatal injuries in the accident. The victim was immediately pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
