Coppell, TX – Pedestrians Injured after Car Crashed into in N Denton Tap Rd Starbucks

Coppell, TX (July 23, 2020) – Three people were left injured after a car crashed into the restaurant they were inside of on Thursday morning. On July 23, the Coppell Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on North Denton Tap Road.

According to reports, the driver of a vehicle pulled up in front of the Starbucks, located in the strip shopping center, when they accidentally accelerated through the front window of the building. Three people inside the Starbucks were struck by the vehicle. All three victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment of injuries. At this time, investigations into the cause of the crash are underway.
