Austin, TX – Accident on E Rundberg Ln Leaves Pedestrian Injured

Austin, TX (July 17, 2020) – An auto accident Friday morning sent one person to a local hospital with serious injuries. At approximately 9:40 a.m., on July 17, the Austin Police Department responded to the scene of a collision on East Rundberg Lane with the Austin-Travis County EMS.

Reports from the APD show that an adult was walking in the 900 block of East Rundberg Lane when they were struck by a vehicle just east of Interstate 35. The victim sustained critical injuries in the crash. Medics began performing CPR on the victim and rushed them to a local hospital for treatment. At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
