Alvin, TX – Accident on TX-35 Claims One Life and Leaves Two Injured

Alvin, TX (July 15, 2020) – On July 14, the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Texas Highway 35.

Reports from the Sheriff’s Office show that a pickup truck and a sedan collided on Texas Highway 35 near the area of Farm to County Road 191. The impact of the collision sent the sedan off the road and into a ditch. The truck went off the road and crashed into a tree.

The driver of the truck was immediately declared deceased at the scene. Two victims in the car were seriously injured. Both victims were transported to area hospitals for treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
