Temple, TX – One Killed in Crash with Semi-Truck on Wendland Rd

Temple, TX (April 23, 2024) – There were fatal injuries reported after a driver crashed into an 18-wheeler in the Temple area on Monday, April 22. The deadly accident was reported at the 4000 block of Wendland Road that afternoon around 12:15 p.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene to render aid to the involved parties. 

The victim was traveling down the roadway when they collided with a semi-truck trailer on private property. The driver sustained fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased victim has been withheld. No additional information on the crash is currently available.
