The semi-truck reportedly hit some vehicles that had been involved in an initial accident on the highway. There were several other vehicles involved in the crash, including a Volkswagen Jetta and a red Chevrolet sport-utility vehicle. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched in order to provide aid to the involved parties.
