Brachfield, TX (February 22, 2024) - On Tuesday morning, February 20, one person was hospitalized after a collision involving an 18-wheeler in the Brachfield area. The accident was reported at the intersection of Farm to Market Road 840 and Farm to Market Road 1798 early that morning. Local reports indicated that a pickup truck towing a boat collided with a semi-truck.
Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to assist the involved parties. One person, who was in serious condition, was flown to a regional hospital by helicopter. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
