Local reports revealed that the passenger vehicle and a semi were headed west on the highway. The truck traveled across the center median into eastbound traffic and took the smaller vehicle with it. It was then that the vehicles hit two oncoming semi-trucks. Local reports revealed that some of the vehicles caught fire in the impact, but it is not yet clear which ones. Two occupants of the semis were killed in the collision. One victim was transported to Northwest Texas Hospital by ambulance, and another was hospitalized by ambulance. No further information on the deadly crash is currently available. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
