Kilgore, TX - Injuries in Semi-Truck Accident on I-20 at US-259

Kilgore, TX (April 24, 2024) - There were reported injuries after a two-vehicle collision in the Kilgore area on Wednesday, April 24. The crash occurred early that morning around 7:58 a.m. on Interstate 20 SB near US-259. Local reports indicated that an 18-wheeler and another vehicle collided at the scene.
