Fort Worth, TX - Pedestrian Dies in Crash at I-30 & Brentwood Stair Rd

Fort Worth, TX (March 30, 2024) - On Friday, March 29, a pedestrian was killed after a traffic accident in the Fort Worth area. The deadly crash was reported on Interstate 30 WB near Brentwood Stair Road early that morning around 6:30 a.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched after being notified of a serious pedestrian accident. 

Local reports revealed that the victim was crossing the interstate on foot when they were hit by multiple vehicles. None of the drivers involved stopped to render aid, and all fled the scene. The injured party was pronounced dead at the scene by responding medical personnel. The area was closed until later that day at around 11 a.m. The identity of the deceased victim has been withheld. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
