College Station, TX - Injuries in Collision at Hwy 6 & University Dr

College Station, TX (March 5, 2024) - On Tuesday, March 5, there were reported injuries after a serious crash in the College Station area. The accident took place on Highway 6 near University Drive at around 6:52 a.m. Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. 

The collision closed all southbound lanes. Attending medical personnel treated the injured parties. Those requiring further treatment were later hospitalized for additional support. 

The area was later reopened to outside traffic after the wreckage was removed. No further information on the accident is currently available. Local law enforcement officials are managing an ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident.
