Austin, TX - Three Killed in Car Wreck at TX-130 & Tesla Rd

Austin, TX (March 3, 2024) - Three people were critically hurt following a traffic accident in the Austin area on Sunday morning, March 3. The deadly accident was reported on TX-130 near Tesla Road early that morning at around 2:46 a.m. A single-vehicle crash was reported to the Austin-Travis County EMS, and paramedics were quickly dispatched to the scene. 

Local reports indicated that the three victims were traveling in a single car when it overturned. Emergency responders found the vehicle on its roof when they arrived. At least two occupants were pinned underneath the vehicle. 

Two of the victims were pronounced dead at the scene, and a third was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. At this time, the identities of the involved parties have been withheld. No further information on the deadly accident is currently available. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing crash investigation, and more updates will be released as it continues.
