Lubbock, TX - Serious Injuries in Collision on Marsha Sharp Fwy

Lubbock, TX (March 2, 2024) - There were serious injuries reported in the aftermath of a car crash in the Lubbock area on Friday, March 1. The accident was reported on Marsha Sharp Freeway near West Loop 289 at around 10:09 p.m. One person was seriously hurt in the crash, and another party was also hurt but was reported in stable condition. 

All eastbound lanes were closed while emergency responders were present. The crash victims were treated at the scene before being transferred to a local hospital for additional support. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided.
