Fort Worth, TX - Officer Hurt in Car Accident on I-35

Fort Worth, TX (February 24, 2024) - Early on Friday morning, February 23, there were confirmed injuries in the aftermath of a vehicle collision in the Fort Worth area. The accident was reported on Interstate 35. Local reports indicated that an on-duty Fort Worth police officer was traveling in a marked police vehicle near Spur 280 when they were involved in a collision. 

Emergency personnel were dispatched to provide aid to the involved parties. The officer was transported by ambulance to a local hospital in serious condition. The victim reportedly has shown signs of improvement since the accident.
