Odessa, TX - Fatal Injuries in Motorcycle Crash at 8th St & Tower Dr

Odessa, TX (February 22, 2024) - Emergency responders were dispatched to the site of a fatal collision in the Odessa area on Wednesday, February 21. The deadly accident was reported at the corner of 8th Street and Tower Drive that afternoon at around 4:45 p.m. Local reports revealed that a motorcycle and a pickup truck were involved in the accident. 

At least one person involved in the crash suffered fatal injuries. Emergency crews were present to render aid to the involved parties, and the area was temporarily closed as authorities worked to clear the scene. At this time, the circumstances leading to the accident have not been determined. 

The roadway was later reopened some hours later after the resulting wreckage and other debris were removed by tow trucks. No additional information on the fatal crash is currently available.
