Perry, TX - Injuries in Crash with Fire Department Vehicle on TX-6

Perry, TX (January 12, 2024)—On Tuesday, January 9, There were reported injuries after a crash involving a fire department vehicle in the Perry area. The accident took place on TX-6 and involved a sedan and a vehicle from the local fire department. The fire truck was at the scene conducting traffic when it was hit by the oncoming sedan. 

The firefighter was inside the vehicle at the time. Emergency responders were dispatched to render aid to the involved parties, and those requiring additional treatment were later hospitalized.
