Luling, TX - Injuries Reported After Train Hits 18-Wheeler at Elm Ave

Luling, TX (March 23, 2023) - At around 11 a.m. on Thursday morning, March 23, at least one person was hurt after a train collided with an 18-wheeler in the Luling area. 

The incident took place at a railroad crossing on Elm Avenue. A tractor-trailer was crossing when it was hit by an oncoming train. The area was closed for several hours while emergency responders were present, and those involved were provided aid by attending medical personnel. 

No further information on the incident has been provided at this time.
