Eagle Pass, TX - 18-Wheeler Overturns, Catches Fire on US-57

Eagle Pass, TX (February 26, 2023) - A rollover involving an 18-wheeler ended in a fiery crash in Eagle Pass on Saturday, February 25. 

The incident was reported on US-57 at around 12:41 p.m. An 18-wheeler on the highway reportedly overturned before catching fire. The operator was treated at the scene by responding medical personnel. No further information has been provided at this time. 

Drivers were advised to avoid the area and plan for delays. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in progress.
