Temple, TX (February 6, 2023) – A major commercial vehicle accident took place in Temple on Friday that took the life of one person. On February 3, the Texas Department of Public Safety was requested to provide assistance at the scene of a truck crash on Northwest HK Dodgen Loop, Texas State Highway Loop 363.
According to reports from DPS, a sedan and an 18-wheeler collided in the 11,300 block of the roadway at approximately 6:30 a.m.
One person suffered fatal injuries as a result of this accident. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No other injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
The Temple Police Department is in charge of the investigation into the collision.
