Rendon, TX – Bicycle Crash on FM 2738 (Lillian Rd) Leaves One Injured

Rendon, TX (October 26, 2020) – An auto accident reported in the Rendon area left one person seriously injured. On October 25, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the site of a vehicle collision on Farm to Market Road 2738 (Lillian Road).

Reports show that a man was riding a bicycle on Farm to Market Road 2738 when he was struck by a vehicle.

The rider sustained severe injuries in the accident. Crews rushed to the scene and began to render aid on-site. The victim was airlifted from the scene to a local hospital for treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
