Houston, TX – Woman Killed in Car Accident on W 43rd St

Houston, TX (July 29, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Monday claimed one victim’s life in the Houston area. On July 27, the Houston Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on West 43^rd Street.

Reports from the police show that 28-year-old Esvin Crispin Aguilar was driving a Jeep Wrangler at a high rate of speed when he crashed into a Honda Civic in the 1500 block of West 43^rd Street. The female driver of the Honda sustained fatal injuries in the crash and was immediately declared deceased at the scene.

Authorities responded to the site of the crash to discover Aguilar was intoxicated at the time of the collision. Aguilar was subsequently arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter. At this time, police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
