Watauga, TX – Fire on Denton Highway (US-377) Results in Injuries

Watauga, TX (July 15, 2020) – On July 14, emergency crews from Watauga and Haltom City were called to the scene of a fire incident in the 5800 block of Denton Highway.

Firefighters arrived at the scene to discover two patients who have suffered serious injuries after a fire broke out in the back half of an A/C company building. The two victims were immediately rendered treatment at the scene of the incident as crews battled the blaze. One patient was rushed to North Hills hospital via ambulance for treatment. The second victim was transported via Care Flite to Parkland for treatment of serious injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
