Weatherford, TX – Jason Andre Jones Struck & Killed on I-20 Service Road

Weatherford, TX (February 20, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident on Wednesday morning claimed one victim’s life.

On February 19, at around 6:10 a.m., authorities were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the Interstate 20 West service road.

Reports indicate that 41-year-old Jason Andre Jones was walking along the roadway when he was struck by a motor vehicle between the Bankhead Road and Center Point Road exits.

Jones suffered fatal injuries in the collision and was immediately declared deceased.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
