San Antonio, TX – Car Crash on I-35 Leaves Woman Injured

Reports from the Weatherford Police Department indicate that a male pedestrian was attempting to cross the roadway, from the east side to the west side, when he was struck by a motor vehicle.

The 35-year-old male victim suffered extensive injuries and was rushed via Lifecare EMS to Medical City Weatherford. Unfortunately, he was declared deceased after arriving. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the male pedestrian as Matthew Cody Shurtleff, of Weatherford.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.

Weatherford, TX (March 10, 2020) – A fatal collision sadly claimed one victim’s life on Monday morning. At around 7 a.m., on March 9, authorities in Weatherford were called to the scene of a devastating collision in the 700 block of Santa Fe Drive.

Reports from the Weatherford Police Department indicate that a male pedestrian was attempting to cross the roadway, from the east side to the west side, when he was struck by a motor vehicle.

The 35-year-old male victim suffered extensive injuries and was rushed via Lifecare EMS to Medical City Weatherford. Unfortunately, he was declared deceased after arriving. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the male pedestrian as Matthew Cody Shurtleff, of Weatherford.
