Reports from authorities indicate that 48-year-old Tammy Jo Mahon was traveling west along the roadway in a pickup when her vehicle collided with a second vehicle.
The impact of the collision caused Mahon’s vehicle to roll over, partially ejecting her.
Mahon sustained fatal injuries in the collision. Two victims inside the second vehicle were transported to a local area hospital with minor injuries.
