Temple, TX – Woman Killed Crash on SE H K Dodgen Loop

Temple, TX (September 1, 2020) – A car crash reported in the Temple area claimed one woman’s life and left several others injured. At approximately 3:30 p.m., on August 31, the Temple Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on Southeast H K Dodgen Loop.

Reports show that two vehicles collided on Southeast HK Dodgen Loop at the intersection with Texas State Highway 95. The crash resulted in severe damages to both vehicles involved.

A female inside the involved Honda CRV was fatally injured in the accident. Crews declared the woman deceased at the scene. A second woman and two children inside the CRV as well as the driver of the second vehicle, a pickup truck, were all transported to area hospitals for treatment.

At this time, the police are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
