According to reports from DPS, a sedan and an 18-wheeler collided in the 11,300 block of the roadway at approximately 6:30 a.m.
One person suffered fatal injuries as a result of this accident. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No other injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
The Temple Police Department is in charge of the investigation into the collision.
