San Antonio, TX – Man Injured in Pedestrian Crash on Evers Rd

San Antonio, TX (November 29, 2020) – An accident Saturday evening in the San Antonio area sent one man to an area hospital with serious injuries. At approximately 11:30 p.m., on November 28, the San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on Evers Road.

Reports from authorities show that a male was crossing in the 5700 block of Evers Road in a wheelchair when he was struck by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle immediately pulled over and called for emergency assistance.

The victim, who was identified as a male in his 50s, was seriously injured in the crash. The man was transported to University Hospital for the treatment of injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
