Reports show that a Dodge Challenger was traveling down Palo Alto Road when it was struck by two other vehicles at the intersection with Mission Gate.
The driver of the Challenger, who was identified as 33-year-old Levi David Anderton was located unresponsive at the scene. The San Antonio Fire Department paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but they were unsuccessful. Anderton was declared deceased at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
