Reports from authorities show that 27-year-old Jon Isaac Lopez was crossing the northbound side of Loop 410 North near Old Pearsall Road. For unknown reasons, Lopez was struck by a 2020 Buick Enclave.
The pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in the accident. Authorities arrived at the scene and pronounced the man deceased. No other injuries were reported in this accident. At this time, investigations surrounding the cause of the crash are underway.
